The Managed IT Environment
This offering is the basis of our business. As part of the offering we include the following services:
For a set monthly fee we provide all of these IT services. Each month the client receives a report on how his or her environment is doing. What improvement or changes were made, plus any updated to databases. All files are provided to the client, plus e-copies of any printouts. Client reports can be formatted and include information for compliance or auditing. We can also provide end-of-year documentation as part of Sorbane-Oxley or for other legal documentation. All files containing user or proprietary information will be encrypted. Paper copies are only provided on request.
For most projects, one or more areas of IT management are impacted. While we maintain our own databases for the project, the documentation provided at the end of the project can supplied in a compatible format for the clients systems. We work within the clients change review processes. We supply all collected discovery material, asset information, license information, and future planning information. Projects often include a need for Backup and Recovery, or other management services. We include these as part of the deliverables on all our projects.
